I haven't found any coins this year - yet.
I thought now would be a good time to summarize all the coins I found last year.
I started this blog in July 2011. That month I found 38 cents Canadian ( 3 pennies, one dime and one quarter) and one US penny.
August: 1 asphalt penny that never made it to the piggy bank, 8 pennies, 2 dimes, one US nickel and one US penny for a total of 6 US cents and 28 cents Canadian.
September: one US dime and one US quarter, 8 pennies, 4 dimes and one casino ticket worth 52 cents for a total of 35 cents US and 48 cents Canadian.
October: 6 pennies, one quarter, one penny that was out of reach and 5 cent Canadian Tire money for a total of 31 cents.
November: 7 pennies, 2 dimes, and one quarter for a total of 52 cents.
December: 7 pennies, 4 dimes and one quarter for a total of 72 cents.
In total I found $2.69 Canadian (39 pennies, 13 dimes, 4 quarters), 42 cents US (2 pennies, 1 nickel, 1 dime, 1 quarter), 5 cents Canadian Tire money, 52 cents casino voucher and 2 pennies that were out of reach.
